 David H. Rosenberg is the principal of David H. Rosenberg, P.L. Mr. Rosenberg concentrates his practice on the acquisition, construction, development, financing and sale of residential and commercial real estate, including, in particular, condominium and fractional/timeshare development. In addition, he represents clients in connection with general corporate and business matters and litigates various real estate, construction and corporate matters.
Mr. Rosenberg was raised in Newton, Massachusetts. He is a 1993 graduate of Brandeis University with honors, a 1997 graduate of Suffolk University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor (JD) with honors. And, a 1997 graduate of the Suffolk University School of Management where he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with honors, concurrently with his JD. Mr. Rosenberg is Board Certified in Real Estate Law by the Florida Bar Association and currently holds a Florida Real Estate Salesperson License. Mr. Rosenberg is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Massachusetts. Furthermore, in 2008 Mr. Rosenberg was voted one of the Top Attorneys in the State of Florida by Florida Trend Magazine. |
